This space was born as a free place to share personal ideas and learnings from different perspectives, sometimes going beyond the orthopedic surgery that I practice professionally. Here, diverse and distant fields of knowledge converge, along with the science of learning itself. It’s a place to explore connections between science, technology, thought, history, and human behavior. Sometimes as a teacher, sometimes as a student, this is a personal project with the spirit of the old internet, under the conviction that deep learning is born from exploring these connections.
Everything written in this place is subject to the interpretation and subjectivity of both reader and writer. It doesn’t claim to be an infallible source of evidence about knowledge, firstly because I don’t believe such a place exists, and secondly because, although I base my writing on logical and rational explanations (making it clear when this is not the case), I don’t follow systematic scientific principles of information scrutiny for these texts. This is why these reflections are presented on my personal website and not in a scientific article. This is my personal corner of learnings, ideas, curiosities, and teachings to share, born directly from my personal and fallible opinion.
